All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer standard shipping to the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $3.99 flat rate, estimated delivery 3-7 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35

International shipping is available to select countries. International delivery times vary by location, typically 7-21 business days.

## Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

## Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@sygjewelry.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
